In 2012, I left a Brighton web development agency to go freelance. Since then, I've been lucky enough to work with an eclectic selection of Brighton and UK companies, on everything from busy Magento shops to tiny newsletter campaigns. Never a dull moment! One benefit of having built websites for a long time is that I've had plenty of opportunities to get things wrong and to learn from those mistakes.

I'm a couple of months in, but I've not really put a plan in place for the rest of the year. I have goals, but no roadmap. Time to fix that.
